About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for carpet tile replacement services at a federal facility.
The vendor must replace approximately 1,300 square feet of carpet tiles in four specified spaces: 6S13-04, 6S13-05, 6S13-03, and 6S13-02. The vendor is responsible for rolling and disposing of existing carpet at no additional cost to the government, lifting and relocating furniture as needed, and returning all furniture to original locations upon completion. The work must be completed within one business day at a mutually scheduled date between the vendor and government. The vendor assumes responsibility for any security delays encountered when accessing the campus and construction location, and must arrange background checks for all employees and subcontractors. The carpet material must meet GSA, DHS, and Coast Guard requirements, along with applicable industry practices. The vendor shall provide multiple near-match options aligned with existing building standards, from which the government will select a single option for installation. The document includes a floor plan diagram identifying the four spaces requiring carpet replacement within a larger facility layout.
