About this file

This statement of work defines requirements for a hardware procurement to support multiple purpose reconfigurable training system 3D laboratories. The contractor shall procure specified computers, displays, servers and accessories from the bill of materials and ship to six locations, including Naval Undersea Warfare Centers in Rhode Island and Washington, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in New Hampshire, Naval Submarine School in Connecticut, and Submarine Learning Facility in Virginia. Key requirements include inspecting and testing delivered hardware, procuring replacement parts for any damaged items, separating shipments and coordinating deliveries with each destination point of contact according to the shipping addresses and delivery dates provided.

The bill of materials defines technical specifications for thirty client computers, four servers and associated equipment to establish fifteen, nine, four and two station labs at each location. The contractor must comply with procurement and shipping procedures, provide procurement and delivery status updates, and participate in a kickoff meeting and IPT conference calls to support hardware installation and lab establishment.
