About this file
This document is a Scope of Work (SOW) for elevator spare parts for the U.S. Embassy in Libreville, Gabon. The procurement seeks specific spare parts for two OTIS GEN2 elevators (passenger and service) with serial numbers 45NRK502 and 45NRK501, located on 2 and 3 levels respectively. Vendors must provide cut sheets/submittals for each part, verify specifications with the manufacturer using specified job numbers, and ensure parts are compatible with the existing elevator systems. Pricing must be itemized by line item with separate pricing for parts and shipping, and all control cards must be preprogrammed and plug-and-play compatible.
The solicitation is an open market procurement with no set-aside restrictions, evaluating offers on a lowest-price, technically-acceptable basis. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, with offers valid for 30 days and delivery required within 30 days. The parts must be packed for international air shipping and be moisture-free. The vendor will be required to provide a one-year warranty on parts from the date of installation, with warranty validity extended to 3 years from receipt if parts remain on shelves. The contract will be awarded as a Government Purchase Order, with final authorization required from a warranted Contracting Officer.
