At Denver Union Station, weekly services include power washing and scrubbing the passenger concourse apron (approximately 24,000 square feet) up to four feet of exterior metal panels, while monthly services encompass bus drive lanes (approximately 70,000 square feet) and curbs requiring a Tenant M-50 or equivalent wet sweeper. Contractors must comply with OSHA safety regulations, wear RTD contractor badges (with replacement fees of $100 per badge), and notify the FM Manager of the Contracted Public Buildings at 303-299-2438 before beginning work. Monthly invoices must be submitted separately for each facility and include documentation of weekly, monthly, and annual services performed, with on-call work requiring signed job tickets noting arrival and departure times. The scope of work may increase or decrease quarterly based on facility operations and construction activities, and any deficiencies identified during RTD inspections must be corrected within three hours at no additional cost. RTD will provide water hook-ups for equipment refilling but will not supply power or parking for contractor personnel or equipment.
