Project deliverables include confirmed leak remediation through successful water testing, installation of new waterproofing systems and components, completed interior repairs restoring dayroom functionality, and documentation of completed work including material specifications and installation notes. The scope is limited to identified locations contributing to dayroom water intrusion, and any unforeseen structural or system damage discovered during demolition requires separate authorization and approval.
