About this file
This Scope of Work document outlines the replacement of seven existing Lennox Rooftop Units (RTUs) with Lennox Enlight RTUs equipped with specified factory-installed options. The project requires replacement of existing thermostats with Honeywell TH8321WF VisionPRO 8000 Smart Thermostats and includes modifications to low and high voltage wiring as needed to ensure proper operation. The Lennox Enlight RTUs must be configured with High Performance Economizer with single enthalpy, multi-speed ECM direct drive supply fan, built-in BACnet IP and MS/TP protocols, R-454B refrigerant, barometric relief damper, low NOx system, combination coil/hail guards, hinged access doors, environ evaporator and condenser coil system, and 2-inch MERV8 PLE filter with condensate switch. The scope specifies that if possible, the RTU should be equipped without an additional fused disconnect; however, if necessary, the RTU must be ordered without the non-fused disconnect to accommodate installation requirements.
The project includes comprehensive gas line work requiring all materials needed to connect gas to replacement RTUs, including replacement of existing unions and ball valves. Roofing work encompasses roof curb adapters, high wind hold-down brackets, and sealing or repairs to penetrations resulting from installation, with all materials compatible with DuroLast Inc. roofing systems. The document references prior experience with CenMark Roofing and provides contact information for Zac Franke at (402)-650-0633. No pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, response dates, or bid deadlines are specified in this scope document.

Replace 7 exisng Lennox RTU's with Lennox Enlight RTU's with the following factory installed opons:
High Performance Economizer Factory Installed Single Enthalpy High Performance Economizer Direct Drive Supply Fan: Mul-Speed ECM Direct Drive Built-in BACnet IP and MS/TP (standard) Refrigerant R-454B Barometric Relief Damper Factory Installed Low Nox Factory Installed Combinaon Coil/Hail Guards Factory Installed Hinged Access Doors Factory Installed Environ Evaporator and Condenser Coil System Factory Installed 2" MERV8 - PLE Filter Factory Installed and condensate switch
Exisng low and high voltage:
- replace exisng tstats with Honeywell TH8321WF VisionPRO 8000 Smart Thermostats
- low voltage wiring to be replaced from RTU to T-stat if insufficient for operaon
- if line voltage wiring is sufficient, use otherwise include replacement breakers and wiring as needed
The Lennox Enlight is equipped with a non-fused disconnect, if possible, I do not want to have an addional fused disconnect atached to the RTU. If there is no way around not having the fused disconnect on the RTU, the RTU needs to be ordered without the non-fused disconnect.
Gas:
- provide all materials needed to connect gas to replacement RTU to include replacing exisng union and ball valve.
Roofing:
- include roof curb adapters
- include high wind hold down brackets
- penetraons needing sealed or repairs needing made from installaon should be compable with Duro Last Inc. roofing systems.
