The SOW details requirements for a specialized residual gas measurement system with specific technical specifications, including measuring residual gas pressures from 1 to 300 amu over a pressure range of 1x10-11mbar to 1 bar, with a sampling time less than 500 ms. Additional requirements include a bakeable system capable of reaching 200°C, CF40 vacuum system interface, integrated leak detection capability better than 1x10-10 mbar*l/s, and software providing a graphical interface for displaying recorded spectra.
