About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for UroNav Fusion Biopsy Technician Services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC). The VA seeks a contractor to provide trained/certified technicians to operate the UroNav Fusion Biopsy System, supporting approximately 180 prostate cancer diagnostic procedures annually. The contract includes one base year and four one-year option periods, with a minimum of 20 cases per year guaranteed.

Key contractor responsibilities include providing 24/7 flexible technicians who will: wear appropriate OR attire, coordinate with medical staff, be present throughout surgical procedures, maintain certification, and submit detailed invoices through Tungsten. The technicians are strictly prohibited from patient interaction beyond equipment operation. Background investigations will be required for contract personnel entering the perioperative suite, with investigation costs ranging from $125 to $3,189 depending on risk level, to be covered by the government. The solicitation indicates a preference for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), though all capable contractors may respond.
