About this file
This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for UroNav Fusion Biopsy Technician Services at the Lebanon VA Medical Center in Pennsylvania. The VA is conducting market research to develop an acquisition strategy for technician services to operate the UroNav Fusion Biopsy System, with a preference for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). Interested contractors are required to submit a brief capability statement and proof of VetCert certification by the SBA via email to Eleanor Robbins by 10:00 EDT on March 25, 2025.
The solicitation falls under NAICS code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) with a suggested Product Service Code Q522 (Medical-Radiology). While SDVOSB/VOSB contractors are preferred, all capable contractors may respond. The VA emphasizes that this is not a formal solicitation but a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources and inform their acquisition approach. Respondents are encouraged to highlight any potential ambiguities in the draft Statement of Work and disclose any relevant GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracts within the scope of the effort.
