About this file
This is a Scope of Work (SOW) document for the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) in Pennsylvania establishing qualifications and requirements for training service providers. The procurement seeks responsible and responsive contractors to develop, design, moderate, and present training programs on behalf of DDAP, as well as coach other trainers to enhance the skills of individuals serving the Commonwealth's drug and alcohol program needs. The document outlines a qualification-based selection process rather than a traditional competitive bid, with interested suppliers required to register as Pennsylvania vendors through the PA Supplier Portal and complete qualification requirements electronically via the JAGGAER portal.
Suppliers must establish vendor numbers and create user profiles within the JAGGAER procurement system to submit qualifications, with technical support available through JAGGAER Supplier Support at 1-800-233-1121 (option 2). All qualifications will be accepted exclusively through the electronic JAGGAER portal, and no other submission methods are permitted. The document does not specify pricing structures, contract terms, renewal options, or funding amounts within the provided scope of work summary, indicating that such details are likely contained in additional procurement documents or the full ITQ (Invitation to Qualify) materials accessible through the state's procurement portals.
