Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler

STATEMENT OF WORK

AUDIO/VISUAL

1. Contractor shall provide and operate a high quality, highly reliable audio system for the start and finish line of the Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler. Date for the event will be Saturday 9 December 2023. Location: Cape Canaveral Space Station.

2. Contractor shall provide audio coverage for the start and finish area. The finish line stage is located at Lighthouse Road. The start line is located at Titan III (Road). See below diagram.

3. The contractor shall operate and maintain equipment throughout the day’s events.

Starting Line audio system 2 Speakers with stands which project through the crowd of 2,000 participants, up to 2,000 feet in distance.

1 MP-3 player with a playlist appropriate for the Space Force running event

2 UHF wireless microphone system

Audio for Finish Line & stage are

2 Speakers with stands which project through the crowd of 2,000 participants, up to 2,000 feet in distance.

4. Audio engineer needs to confirm audio is loud enough for the audience to hear clearly.
