About this file
This document contains quality metrics and standards for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide development, maintenance and enhancement support for Electronic Handbooks and related systems. The contractor will be required to track and report on various quality metrics in each release such as the number of requirements traced, requirement signoffs obtained on time, functionality and architecture standards met. Additional metrics include the timely delivery of meeting materials, accurate meeting minutes, issues found during user acceptance testing, security vulnerabilities identified, code integration errors and production defects. Post-release standards include warranty tickets, operations tickets due to defects, customer impacts and time lost, and operations and maintenance hours spent troubleshooting defects introduced in the release.
