About this file
This document outlines the external interfaces of the Electronic Handbooks system. The Electronic Handbooks system communicates with various federal and departmental systems to support grant management functions. Key interfaces include Grants.gov for application submission and Fedgrants.gov for funding opportunity searches. It also integrates with the Payment Management System for funds disbursement, System for Award Management for organization data, and Unified Financial Management System as the financial system of record. Additionally, the Electronic Handbooks system interfaces with the HRSA Data Warehouse, Award Management Repository for application reviews, and GovDelivery for grantee communications. This contract opportunity seeks support for development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts to further integrate the Electronic Handbooks with other federal systems and improve its utilization for grant administration.
