About this file
This is a Statement of Work for establishing a supply contract with Argonne National Laboratory for air and water filtration products, dated February 25, 2026.
Argonne requires a full-line distributor capable of supplying commercial and industrial HVAC filters, water filters, filter media, and screening materials on a consistent, reliable basis. The vendor must stock pre-pads, pleated pre-filters, final filters (pleated, bag, box, mini-pleats, and V-bank configurations), and provide custom-sized Permatron screening material for outside air, condenser, and cooling tower applications. Air filters can be specified by MERV rating and/or efficiency rating, and the vendor must supply custom solutions down to 1/2" sizes. Argonne reserves the right to approve or disapprove specific brands as needed. All orders must be labeled with the ANL Foreman's name, destination building, purchase order number, and call release number.
Delivery requirements mandate that air filter orders be delivered directly to specified building docks by the vendor's delivery truck—not to Building 46 ANL Receiving—with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Deliveries must occur during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM). The vendor's sales representative and onsite delivery drivers must be U.S. citizens meeting Real ID requirements for ANL site access, with drivers required to check in and out during deliveries. The vendor must maintain a local outside sales agent capable of providing onsite, customized support. Argonne will coordinate site access and provide necessary gate passes.
