The Contractor must communicate in English and provide detailed calibration reports meeting ISO 17025:2017 and American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) standards, specifying pass/fail status, measurement uncertainties, correction factors, data points, and uniformity maps with demonstrated traceability. Onsite services must be scheduled within four weeks of notification and completed within four working days, with the Contractor clearly stating costs per onsite visit. The scope of work includes: up to 100 pipettes per onsite visit (200 total calibration slots for FY27) during semiannual visits; up to 12 pipette repairs as needed; up to six reference weight sets offsite; up to nine reference thermometers onsite; up to 26 analytical balances once annually; and up to five autoclaves with temperature mapping during onsite visits. For offsite services, the Contractor must pay shipping fees and mail shipments within two business days. FADL is responsible for providing appropriate working space, environmental conditions, and expendables such as pipet tips for onsite calibrations.
