About this file
This document outlines salient characteristics for calibration and temperature mapping services required from a vendor. The vendor must maintain ISO 17025:2017 accreditation, with the accreditation symbol and certificate number displayed on all reports. All calibration and temperature mapping activities must conform to ISO 17025:2017 standards to demonstrate specified levels of uniformity and include measurement of uncertainties, correction factors, data points, and other required information acceptable under both ISO 17025:2017 and American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) standards.
Service delivery timelines are differentiated based on location. For in-house calibration services, the vendor must schedule with the customer within four weeks of notification and complete the calibration within four working days. For calibrations and repairs performed outside the facility, the vendor must schedule services within four weeks of notification and complete the work within two weeks. These requirements establish the performance standards expected from qualified vendors providing calibration and temperature mapping services under this contract.
