About this file

This is a Statement of Work for audio/visual equipment supply and installation services at the 154th Regional Training Institute, Buildings 3576 and 3701, Camp Shelby, Mississippi.

The project encompasses three primary objectives: upgrading 10 classroom AV systems in Building 3576 with opposing instructor-facing displays (75-inch commercial displays) supporting wireless presentation and HDMI distribution for instructor laptops and virtual classroom capabilities; installing a complete AV system in a Building 3701 conference room featuring an 85-inch primary display with two 75-inch secondary displays, ceiling array microphone system with USB interface, AI-powered large room conference camera, and network connectivity for Microsoft Teams video conferencing; and installing a 55-inch digital signage display in the Building 3701 instructor hallway integrated with existing LG SuperSign CWS version 4.0.0 software for class schedule displays. The scope of supply across four CLINs includes 20 professional-grade 75-inch 4K displays, 10 wireless presentation systems, 10 AI-powered 4K conference cameras, HDMI distribution amplifiers, cabling infrastructure, mounting hardware, and associated components. Installation services must be completed within 30 days of contract award during normal business hours (0800-1630 Monday-Friday), with the contractor responsible for all labor, equipment, mounting, wiring, system configuration, testing, and commissioning. Building 3576 features concrete masonry unit walls while Building 3701 has drywall with metal studs; displays must be mounted 48-60 inches above finished floor with Government point-of-contact approval prior to drilling, complying with ADA guidelines. The contractor must provide a one-year comprehensive workmanship warranty covering installation, cabling, and mounts, pass through all manufacturer equipment warranties, and provide technical support with 48-hour response times for telephone and email inquiries. Exclusions include structural modifications, IT network upgrades beyond AV connectivity, content creation, and Crestron products due to MSARNG and Camp Shelby policy. The AV system in Building 3701 must operate on a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) architecture with an air-gapped, standalone AV network isolated from the facility's enterprise military network, with video conferencing facilitated through contractor-provided USB docking stations at the conference table.
