About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program event on September 7, 2024, and the related federal contract opportunity solicitation.

The SOW outlines the requirements for a hotel, conference space, and related services to support an anticipated 260 attendees, including service members and their families. The required conference space includes a general session/lunch room, a resource room, two breakout rooms, two privacy rooms, a registration area, a nanny room, and a child and youth room. Detailed specifications are provided for the audio-visual equipment, room setups, and catered meals required for each room.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the United States Property and Fiscal Office for Wisconsin, seeking a contractor to provide the hotel lodging, conference space rental, audio-visual equipment, and catered meals as outlined in the SOW. The RFQ has a solicitation number of W912J2-24-Q-0025 and an NAICS code of 721110 (Hotels and Motels, except Casino Hotels). Proposals are due by 11:00 am CST on June 20, 2024, and the contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price award based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
