About this file

This sources sought notice seeks capabilities statements from suppliers for stormwater quality management products and services to support a weapons magazine and ordnance operations facility project at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut. Interested vendors are requested to submit a capabilities statement package not exceeding five pages by March 25, 2024 demonstrating experience providing underground stormwater quality chambers, detention chambers, diversion manholes, hydrodynamic separators, or CDS hydrodynamic separators. The notice specifies that Contech products meeting Connecticut DEEP regulatory requirements are the only ones suitable due to space constraints and existing site conditions including wetlands and bedrock. Responses should be emailed to Jonathan Durham at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command by the stated deadline.
