The requirement is for a concert hall with at least 900-person audience capacity and a 2,500 square foot stage, located within 15 miles of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in the National Capital Region. Performance dates include multiple two-day series in January, February, March, and April 2026.

The vendor must provide comprehensive venue services including ancillary equipment such as a 9' concert grand piano, projector and screen, stage blacks, follow spots, music stands, stage lights, risers, chairs, and a Marley dance floor. Additional required services include back-of-house personnel, custodial service, and security, with complimentary on-site event parking. The government specifically excludes Northern Virginia Community College and Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall & Arts Center from consideration and intends to award this as a sole-source contract, while simultaneously conducting market research to potentially increase competition and identify alternative capable vendors.
