The project is identified as SOW VLSB 26-0075 and is structured as a firm fixed price (FFP) construction requirement. The work is being considered under a small business set-aside program with NAICS Code 238210 and a size standard of $19 million. The Government is conducting market research to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources.

Interested firms must submit capabilities packages by 20 March 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time electronically in PDF format to Contracting Officer Mallory Cary (mallory.cary@us.af.mil) and Contracting Specialist Christon Reed (christon.reed@us.af.mil). Submissions must reference the project title and SOW number and explicitly state whether the responding firm is a supplier or manufacturer.
