1.3 The LED video wall A/V installation for the integrated multimedia presentation system for USAF AFRC 514 FSS/SCO Wing Commander's Conference Room 104. Installation will include the display mounts and installation of furnished displays as well as low voltage video wiring. USAF will be responsible for insuring the wall is structurally adequate to support the weight of nine displays SAMSUNG : 46inch/LED/1920x1080/8ms/500 cd/m2/Analog D-SUB, DVI-D, Display Port 1.2, HDMI 2.0(2), HDCP 2.2, Stereo mini Jack and adequate 120V AC power. If the command is able to furnish AMX source code software for the existing A/V system then control of the wall can be incorporated into the existing AMX touch screens. If not, the video wall may need to be turned ON/OFF via a remote control or separate switch. A final determination may need to be made during the installation. The proposed configuration maps all nine displays into a single combined display; a video processor is not proposed that would permit different or multiple displays to be input to the wall simultaneously, but this functionality may be added at any time in the future by adding appropriate hardware. Architectural elements include media installation hardware. De-installation of the existing 65" displays is included. Installation includes any end-user training that may be required for use and operation of the modified system. 1 warranty support is included. Maintenance for the entire AV system is optional and may be purchased separately to include: helpdesk with unlimited remote training, software updates & upgrades, advanced part replacement on qualifying parts, on-site Field Engineering labor, and annual preventative maintenance inspection.
