About this file
This amendment modifies the page limitations for annexes included in a technical proposal submitted in response to a solicitation. The solicitation seeks proposals to enable the United States Agency for International Development's energy programs through multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts with a ceiling value of $500 million over five years. Offerors must submit any questions by December 20, 2017 and full proposals by January 17, 2018. Upon award of the contracts, USAID anticipates issuing an initial cost-plus-fixed-fee term task order valued between $20-23 million for a five-year period of performance to further its energy objectives.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. On page 122 of the solicitation, it states as follows: The Offeror may include the following Annexes in this section of the Technical Proposal. Although the Annexes do not count towards the overall 62-page limitation for the Technical Proposal, they each have their own page limitations, as indicated below. Yet, in the subsequent discussion of the contents for each Annex, there is no page limitation provided except in Annex F where the solicitation states the Annex F may not exceed 25 pages.
USAID Response: The Solicitation has been revised to remove the sentence that reads “Although the Annexes do not count towards the overall 62-page limitation for the Technical Proposal, they each have their own page limitations, as indicated below” and has been replaced with “The Annexes do not count toward the overall 37-page limitation for the Technical Proposal.”
