If the Contractor provides additional free units beyond the required bundles, these amounts should be listed in the right column labeled "Free monthly units beyond the bundles in

Groups 1, 2, and 3 (see point 18)" of Sections 8, 9, and 10. Each value should represent the free units per line multiplied by the estimated number of applicable lines in Groups 1 through

3.

The lowest price will be determined by combining values from these sections:

• Standard Monthly Services, CLIN 1 through 12:

o 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7: Unit price multiplied by the estimated monthly quantity multiplied by the number of months.

o 8,9, and 10: Unit price multiplied by the difference between the estimated monthly quantity and the free units, then multiplied by the number of months.

o 11 and 12: Unit price multiplied by the estimated monthly quantity multiplied by the number of months.

• Temporary Additional Services o Sub-CLIN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5: Unit price multiplied by the estimated monthly quantity multiplied by the number of months.

The base year and each option year’s grand total will be totaled to determine the final lowest price.

If a Contractor supplies a discount in certain years of the contract, the Contractor should note that. This reduction will also apply to the lowest price calculation

VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)

The amount of all orders shall not exceed 460,000.00 JOD per year. This reflects the contract maximum for this period of performance.
