About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation RFP #19J01025R0002 for Mobile Telephone Services issued by the U.S. Embassy. The Q&A clarifies three key points: (1) the Embassy seeks a comprehensive roaming service package, (2) defines contract performance periods including a base year and four 12-month option years (covering months 1-60 of performance), and (3) addresses vendor eligibility requirements for local presence in Jordan. Specifically, offerors must either have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Jordan or commit to establishing an office within 30 days of contract award.
