As it states in Section 1, item 3, of the IFB, “If the successful Bidder is determined to have a registration requirement with the North Dakota Secretary of State, they must be registered before the contract award and registration must remain active for the duration of the contract period (N.D.C.C. § 54-44.4-09.1).”

No amendment necessary.
