Pricing will be evaluated using various price analysis techniques and procedures similar to those listed in FAR 15.404-1(b) including, but not limited to, comparison of proposed price received in response to the solicitation with a comparison to the IGE.
52.217-8 Evaluation Criteria - As a part the price evaluation, the Government will evaluate the Option to Extend Services under FAR Clause 52.217-8 by adding one-half (1/2) of the offerors' final option period prices to the offerors' total contract price for the purpose of evaluation. Offerors shall not submit a price for the potential one-half extension of services period. Thus, the offerors' Total Evaluated Price (TEP) will include the total cost of the base period. The TEP will be assessed in accordance with the guidelines in 15.404 to determine that the price is fair, reasonable, and balanced.
