a. Site Access:

i. The work site is located at the Franklin Falls Dam Project Office located at 46 Granite Drive Franklin, NH 03235.

b. Masonry Chimney for Wood Burning Stove at Project Office:

i. The Masonry Chimney services the freestanding woodstove on the first floor of the Project Office.

v. The woodstove and stovepipe connections were inspected in October 2025. The inspection results indicate that the thimble connection between the stovepipe and the chimney is not proper for two reasons.

1. The stove pipe does not have a minimum of three screws holding it to the pipe connecting through the wall and into the stainless-steel Tee (See Exhibit B).

2. The connecting pipe through the wall to the stainless-steel tee is galvanized steel and cannot be a galvanized steel product (See Exhibit B).
