The solicitation number is W912PB26QA009 with an offer due date of 19 January 2026 at 11:30 AM. The requirement is for maintenance and repair of the drinking water system at USAG Bavaria Hohenfels, including filter replacement, water sampling for contaminants, and repair of inner coatings on carbon filters and distribution pipes. The contract uses a firm fixed price pricing arrangement and is structured as a base year plus four option years, each running from 1 July through 30 June of the following year (base year July 2026 through June 2027, with options extending through June 2031). The Product Service Code is J046, and the North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 221310. The contract will be administered by the Army's Hohenfels facility (DoDAAC W9069J).

The acquisition is unrestricted and designated for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns, though no incumbent information is specified in the document. Evaluation will be conducted on a lowest-price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis with three primary factors: technical capability (including NSF/ANSI 61 certification, key personnel qualifications, and past performance), supplier performance risk assessment, and price. All proposals must be submitted in English via email to the Contract Specialist James Benson at james.a.benson61.civ@army.mil and the RCO Bavaria mailbox. The document incorporates standard FAR clauses by reference and requires offerors to have active SAM registration and maintain compliance with various federal requirements including tax certifications, debarment status, and telecommunications equipment prohibitions.
