The procurement requires two base line items: (1) Stationary Parts Washer for 12 months starting September 28, 2026, and (2) Mobile Parts Washer for 12 months, with identical performance periods. The contract uses a firm fixed-price arrangement and is classified under NAICS code 332710. Offerors must submit a completed Standard Form 1449, technical proposals including equipment specifications and installation schedules, and past performance documentation covering similar contracts from the past three years. Evaluation will be based on technical merit (equipment specifications and installation schedule), past performance (using CPARS databases), and price reasonableness. Award will be made to the single offeror offering the best value to the Government. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system using specified DoDAAC codes. The solicitation incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses applicable to commercial items and includes standard federal compliance requirements.
