Quotes must be submitted electronically in two separate volumes—Volume I (Technical Approach addressing facilities, support services, management approach, quality control plan, and event meal menu) and Volume II (detailed price breakdown)—to Contract Specialist Aheisha Crooks and Contracting Officer Jose Lopez no later than August 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Award will be made to the responsible offeror offering the best value based on three evaluation factors: Technical Capability (facilities, support services, management, quality control, and meal menu compliance), Past Performance (two relevant contracts of similar scope and complexity for groups of 100 or more), and Price. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. This is a women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside. The solicitation incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses by reference and includes standard federal requirements for payment via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), contract administration through DoDAAC W912C3, and compliance with various federal representations and certifications.
