About this file

This performance work statement describes the requirement to provide non-sewer portable latrines and hand wash stations and related services at various sites within the National Training Center at Fort Irwin, California. Specifically, the contractor shall provide desert sand colored latrines and hand wash stations throughout the NTC, Barstow/Daggett, Marine Corps Logistics Base Yermo, and Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville. Services include delivery, setup, daily servicing, relocation, repair, and removal of contractor-provided equipment. Latrines and hand wash stations must be fully serviceable at all times. Historically the ratio has been one latrine per 25 males or 18 females, with one hand wash station per ten latrines. Combined requirements typically consist of placing 700-8,000 latrines and hand wash stations simultaneously.
