Additional requirements include diesel fuel source, 16.5-gallon or larger tank, hydraulic flow rate of 12 gallons per minute or greater, CII Universal Attachment Plate incorporation, hydraulic function lockout, intuitive joystick controls, 14-pin attachment control with A+/- and B+/- circuits, selectable ride control integrated into lift arm hydraulics, and a spring-suspended operator platform with ergonomic control layout. The equipment must include operator presence foot pedal and hydraulic function lockouts for safety. Delivery is FOB Destination with all costs included in pricing, and equipment must be fully assembled, tested, and ready for immediate operation upon delivery. Delivery location is the Zion National Park Maintenance Yard at 1 Zion Park Boulevard, Springdale UT 84767. All items shall be delivered within 90 calendar days after contract award. The award will be made as one lot on a firm fixed price basis. Submittals required include manufacturer specification sheets, serial numbers within 10 business days of award, estimated production and ship dates, tracking and shipping confirmation, minimum one-year warranty information, operation manuals, electrical diagrams, and any other necessary technical documents. Upon delivery, the Contracting Officer's Representative will inspect the equipment to verify model and serial numbers match specifications, with any discrepancies to be resolved within 14 calendar days.

Specifications for Utility Track Loader Suggested product: 2026 Wacker Neuson Utility Track Loader, Model Number SM120 Productivity

Package

Brand name or “or equal” requirement, must meet or exceed, based on the following specifications:

General:

This is a supply only requirement for one (1) Utility Track Loader for Zion National Park.

Quoted products must meet or exceed all requirements listed in the below technical specifications. This requirement is for the Utility Track Loader only. This requirement does not include the bucket or other attachments.

Utility Track Loader Specifications:

Specifications based off of 2026 Wacker Neuson Utility Track Loader, Model Number SM120 Productivity Package.

• Ground Pressure: Must be less than 4.0 pounds per square inch.

• Wide Track Option: Must have option to extend tracks 10 Inches or greater

• Ground Clearance: 7.5 inches or greater.

• Must have a dump height of 85 in (5’3”) or greater

• Travel Speed: Must be 5 miles per hour or greater.

• Width must not exceed 36 Inches (without attachment)

• Tip Load: 3,200 pounds or greater.

• Must have a Rated Operating Capacity of 1200 pounds or greater.

• Hydraulic flow rate of 12 gallons per minute or greater.

• Must incorporate CII Universal Attachment Plate.

• Fuel Source: Diesel

• Must have tank size 16.5 Gallons or greater

• Must incorporate hydraulic function lockout.

• Must incorporate intuitive joystick controls.

• Must incorporate CII Universal Attachment Plate.

• Incorporate safety measures including operator presence foot pedal and hydraulic function lockouts.

• Incorporate 14 Pin attachment control with A+/- & B+/- Circuits.

• Must be a tracked machine, wheeled machines are not acceptable.

• Must have selectable ride control integrated into lift arm hydraulics.

• Must have spring suspended operator platform with ergonomic control layout.

Contractor shall:

• Source and procure utility track loader that matches all specifications provided.

• Ensure utility track loader is manufactured to meet applicable standards.

• Coordinate utility track loader shipment to Zion National Park maintenance yard.

• Provide tracking information and Bill of Lading (BOL) upon shipment.

• Confirm delivery and packaging integrity with COR upon receipt.

Period of Performance:

• All items shall be delivered within 90 calendar days after contract Award effective date.

Submittals:

• Manufacturer Specification Sheet (If an equivalent machine from a different manufacturer is submitted, Contractor shall clearly show the proposed utility track loader meets all required specifications)

• Utility Track Loader Serial Numbers (within 10 business days of Award)

• Estimated Production and Ship Dates (within 10 business days of Award)

• Tracking and Shipping Confirmation (upon shipment)

• Warranty Information (Minimum 1-Year Warranty Required) (upon delivery)

• Operation Manuals (upon delivery).

• Electrical Diagrams (upon delivery).

• Any other necessary Technical Documents (upon delivery).

Vendor Performance Requirements:

• Vendor is required to do the following:

o Source and procure utility track loader that matches all requirements listed in this document. Coordinate directly with OEM or authorized distributor.

o Ensure Utility Track Loader is manufactured to meet applicable standards.

o Confirm factory lead time and ship speed and provide notification to the COR.

o Confirm offload conditions and any special delivery instructions prior to delivery.

o Notify COR with shipping details, estimated delivery date, provide tracking information, and Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery.

o Confirm delivery and packaging integrity with COR upon delivery o Provide all submittals within the time frame listed in this document.

Delivery Requirements:

• At the time of delivery, vendor must provide a Bill of Lading, shipping receipt, warranty information, operation manuals, electrical diagrams, and any other necessary technical documentation for the Utility Track Loader.

• Vendor must secure and crate equipment per NECA/UL shipping best practices.

• Vendor must contact park to make delivery arrangements 1 (one) week prior to delivery.

• Vendor must deliver between 7 AM – 5 PM Monday-Thursday

• Confirm offload conditions and any special delivery instructions. There are no limitations on truck size, height, or length.

• No offloading equipment is necessary.

Inspection and Acceptance:

• Upon delivery, Utility Track Loader will be inspected by COR.

• COR will verify model number and serial numbers match specifications.

• Any discrepancies must be resolved by vendor within 14 calendar days.

Other Requirements:

• Award to be made as ONE LOT to include all information listed in the above characteristics

• Award will be Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is FOB Destination and must be included in pricing.

• Equipment must be fully assembled, tested, and ready for immediate operation upon delivery
