About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation #140P6426Q0095, Amendment #0001, for a Utility Track Loader procurement for Zion. The document addresses two key inquiries regarding the equipment specifications and delivery logistics.
The first question confirms that the Zion maintenance yard has the necessary infrastructure to receive the equipment via LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipment, with forklifts and 7,000 lb rated telehandlers available for pallet removal. The second question and answer clarifies that while the original specification called for a 36-inch-wide machine with tracks at least 10 inches wide, a 1,200 lb lifting capacity, and 12 gallons per minute hydraulic flow with a CII universal attachment plate, the buyer has agreed to accept a 41-inch-wide machine with tracks wider than 10 inches to accommodate the wider track and lifting capacity requirements. The buyer's response indicates that specifications have been updated accordingly.
