Summary of RFQ N6852027Q1004

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for LabVIEW software perpetual licenses and maintenance services issued by the Fleet Readiness Center East on behalf of the U.S. Navy. The solicitation is designated for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns and was issued on October 15, 2026, with a quotation due date of October 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The contract period runs from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with delivery to DLA/Fleet Readiness Center East in Cherry Point, North Carolina.

The Government seeks to renew subscription licenses and Standard Service Program maintenance for five National Instruments LabVIEW-related software products: NI Sound and Vibration Toolkit (3 seats), LabVIEW FPGA Module (6 seats), NI LabVIEW+ Suite (5 seats), NI Automated Test Software Suite (5 seats), and LabVIEW Base Development System (1 seat). Each line item is priced on a firm fixed-price basis and includes software upgrades, updates, historical version access for legacy systems, and technical support via email, chat, phone, and online training. Quoters must be authorized National Instruments resellers listed on the official NI authorized-reseller portal and must quote only genuine, new products obtained through authorized channels. Evaluation factors prioritize authorized reseller status and brand name compliance alongside price. Payment will be made through the Wide Area WorkFlow system, and the contract incorporates standard FAR and DFARS clauses applicable to commercial products and services. The acquisition is rated as unrestricted with NAICS code 513210 and a size standard of 513210.
