STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Overview

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) seeks a cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) construction management system. The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) will authorize the system as a Moderate Impact Level Cloud Service Offering (CSO). This construction management system will facilitate the review and approval of construction projects through document control, workflows, change order management, reporting, and collaborative communication between construction contractors and NAVFAC. NAVFAC is the Department of the Navy command that manages and engineers facilities, real estate, and construction for the Navy and Marine Corps. The Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate delivers facilities project development, design, and construction and is the primary customer for this system. Facilities include shore, medical, waterfront, and ocean facilities.

2. Scope
