This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) Patuxent River for the procurement of calibration standards equipment and ancillary items. The RFQ was issued on 20 March 2026 with quotations due by 20 August 2026. The solicitation is not a small business set-aside. The primary requirement is for three P/N 130B-16 Gage Block Comparators for long gage blocks (up to 24"/600mm) with independent controllers, each with a measuring range of 1.100-24.000" (2.50-600mm), resolution of 1" or 0.1/0.1m or 1.01m (selectable), repeatability of ±1 (25nm), and system base dimensions of 15"Lx15"Wx30"H. Each unit must include tungsten carbide contact tips, a foot pedal, instruction manuals, storage covers, labels, application training by an application engineer for 1-3 participants, travel time and expenses, precision thermometers with two probes, and accessory kits containing fitted cases, forceps, tongs, brushes, blowers, chamois cloths, deburring stones, optical flats, force gages, hex wrenches, and rust inhibiting grease.
Deliverables must be shipped to three locations: NAVAIR Calibration Standards at MCAS Cherry Point NC; Navy Calibration Laboratory at NAWC Patuxent River, MD; and NAVAIR North Island at San Diego, CA. Delivery is required no later than 20 weeks after contract award, with early delivery accepted. All pricing is firm fixed price across 22 line items (CLIN 0001-0021) with two account code ranges (ACRN AA for shipping and travel items; ACRN AB for equipment and accessories). The contract requires one-year manufacturer warranties with warranty certificates, calibration certificates and stickers, unit serialization, manufacturer's standard operating and servicing manuals in CD format, and compliance with DFARS Subpart 227.71 regarding technical data rights. Payment shall be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) after all material is received in the specified condition.
