About this file
This document is a solicitation (Solicitation No. FA465424R0017) for a firm-fixed price IDIQ contract to maintain pavement joints on the airfield at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Indiana. The solicitation is a full and open competition with a 10% HUBZone preference. It is a re-posting of a prior small business set-aside solicitation that received no offers.
The contract will include a base period and four one-year option periods, plus a six-month extension option. Estimated quantities are provided for various types of pavement joint maintenance work, but the actual quantities will be specified in each task order issued under the IDIQ contract. Offerors are required to submit 20% bid bonds with their proposals, and performance and payment bonds may be required for individual task orders. A site visit is scheduled for June 7, 2024, and questions are due by June 12, 2024. The solicitation closes on June 24, 2024. The overall contract value range is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
