About this file
This is a Solicitation/Contract for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Standard Form 1449) for Pavement Markings and Signage at Little Rock Air Force Base. The contract is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside with a total award amount of $45,000,000.00, using NAICS code 237310 and a small business size standard. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type with a base period and four option periods, each lasting one year from 26 September of the respective year through 25 September of the following year.
The solicitation requires furnishing materials and labor for pavement markings and signage maintenance, with firm fixed pricing for each line item. The evaluation will be conducted in two factors: first by ranking offers by price, and second by assessing past performance. An acceptable past performance rating requires documentation of at least two years of experience with similar work accomplished within the past four years. The lowest-priced offer with an acceptable past performance rating will be selected, and the government reserves the right to communicate with offerors, make a best value determination, and not select a contractor depending on proposal quality and fund availability.
