About this file

This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services issued by the U.S. Air Force for a Catholic Religious Education Coordinator position.

The solicitation (FA282326Q0046) is a 100% small business set-aside issued by the Air Force Technical Center (AFTC) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, with a due date of July 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM. The position is classified under NAICS 813110 with a size standard of $13,000,000. The contract involves providing a Roman Catholic Director for Religious Activities and Education for the 96th Tactical Wing (96 TW) Chapel at Eglin AFB, with services commencing September 1, 2026. The base contract covers a 12-month period (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027) with four one-year option periods extending through August 31, 2031. The pricing arrangement is firm fixed price, with unit pricing per 12-month period. Offerors must submit a technical description of services, proposed candidate resume, and references as part of their proposal. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, lowest-priced offeror representing best value to the Government. The evaluation criteria prioritize technical acceptability against solicited item description requirements, with award going to the responsible vendor with the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable submissions. Mandatory SAM registration is required for award eligibility. Inspection and acceptance occur at both origin and destination, with Maj Son Nguyen designated as the point of contact at the 96 TW HC location in Eglin AFB.
