About this file

This is a Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Products and Commercial Services issued by the U.S. Air Force (AFLCMC WNMK) for a Dual Axis Digital Autocollimator (DADA) under solicitation number FA226326Q0017.

The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year base period through September 30, 2030, and one optional one-year extension through September 30, 2031. The contract requires delivery of one proposal evaluation unit (CLIN 0001) with associated data documentation (CLIN 0002), followed by production units (CLINs 0003-0004 for the base period and CLINs 1001-1002 for the option period). The minimum quantity to be ordered is one unit, with a maximum of 38 production units available. The proposal evaluation unit must arrive at AFMETCAL in Heath, Ohio no later than the proposal due date of August 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. Production unit deliveries begin 90 days after contract award and continue monthly at a rate of 1 to 38 units per month, with units directly shipped to various PMELs. Pricing is structured with separate unit prices for different fiscal year periods: FY26 through FY30 (base period) and FY31 (option period). The contract incorporates firm fixed-price arrangements for both the evaluation and production units, as well as associated data deliverables per DD Form 1423. The solicitation is unrestricted, though it includes small business subcontracting plan requirements. Payment will be processed through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) following acceptance of delivered units, with invoicing prohibited until acceptance testing is complete. The government contact for questions is Christine Patterson at 713-5847 or christine.patterson.1@us.af.mil.
