SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE FORM
INSTRUCTIONS: (Page 1 with instructions is not included in the page count)
Instructions: In accordance with the PWS and all other requirements outlined within the Solicitation, Offeror’s shall address the following within their proposals:
The Experience Factor Volume proposal shall contain information regarding the Offeror’s experience in the following three (3) Mission Support Requirements which are tied directly to Section 4 of the PWS. The contracts submitted must demonstrate experience specific to all nine (9) of the PWS Section 4 areas identified in parenthesis.
(1) Major Mission Areas (Sections 4.1.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3)
(2) Engineering, Scientific and Technical Direct Support (Sections 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.4, 4.2.5, 4.2.6)
(3) Test Operations Support (Section 4.3)
Offeror’s are reminded to include information regarding the two (2) years of experience (occurring within the past five (7) years) in their proposal.
As part of the submission, the offeror shall include all applicable contract numbers, contract titles, identify the prime, JV or major subcontractor that performed the effort, identify to which RTES PWS portions the experience applies, and include contract period of performance dates that will allow the Government to successfully evaluate the offeror’s experience volume of the proposal. In order for a contract effort to be considered, the discussion below must confirm that the prime, JV or subcontractor that has the experience identified will support the same competency areas if the offeror receives the resultant award.
