About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912JM26QA008, issued by the U.S. Army on June 10, 2026, with an effective date of June 10, 2026. The solicitation is administered by the W912JM contracting office located at 1000 Halsey Avenue, Building 447, Marietta, Georgia 30069-0001. The amendment is not extended, meaning the original offer receipt deadline remains in effect.
The primary change documented in this amendment is the replacement of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) titled "HRO Manpower DataAnalytics" from its May 15, 2026 version to a June 8, 2026 version. Additionally, the amendment modifies solicitation provision 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items) by increasing the period for acceptance of offers from 30 to 90 calendar days, deleting provisions regarding product samples, multiple awards, and availability of requirements documents, and adding specific instructions regarding offer submittal, content requirements, and protest procedures. Offers must be submitted by email to both designated points of contact (Jim Shuman at james.e.shuman.civ@army.mil, 678-569-8430, and Gregory Hoffman at gregory.d.hoffman2.civ@army.mil, 678-569-8431) no later than the deadline specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Technical proposals must include employee qualifications and a statement describing Data Analytics Integration experience. Past performance information must cover relevant contracts performed within the past three years. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing within three days of issuance. The amendment also establishes that if discussions are held, a competitive range will be determined and the Contracting Officer may limit that range for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.306(c)(2). Contractors are not required to sign the amendment but must acknowledge receipt prior to the offer deadline by completing designated blocks on the SF 30, acknowledging receipt on each offer copy, or submitting a separate written acknowledgment referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
