The booths must comply with ANSI/ASA S3.1-1999 (R2023) and ANSI/ASA S3.6-2018 (R2023) standards and include specific physical specifications such as 2.5-inch thick panels, interior carpeting, LED illumination, roof-mounted ventilation, hospital-grade electrical devices, and pre-wired jack panels.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit quotes electronically via email in three volumes: administrative (signed SF 1449, summary page, representations and certifications), technical capability (descriptive literature confirming compliance with specifications and warranty duration), and pricing. All submissions must include a completed technical quote and proof of manufacturer or authorized distributor/installer status. The solicitation incorporates FAR Part 12 (commercial items), DFARS clauses including those for small business set-asides, Buy American compliance, payment instructions via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF), and item unique identification requirements.
