About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire for Architect-Engineer services related to Solicitation No. 47PJ0025R0059 for the Lynden & Sumas Land Ports of Entry (LPOEs). The questionnaire is designed to evaluate a contractor's past performance on "Similar Projects" which must meet specific criteria: construction completed within 15 years, using design-build (DB) or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methods, involving a commercial building of at least 20,000 gross square feet, including site utilities, storm drainage, grading, roads, sidewalks, exterior lighting, landscaping, and security, with a contract value of $50 million or more.

The document is structured in two sections: Section 1 to be completed by the Offeror, detailing project specifics, and Section 2 to be completed by the Reference, providing performance ratings across categories such as quality of design, budget achievement, solution creativity, documentation timeliness, and communication. References are required to submit the completed questionnaire directly to Shannon Sweeney, Contracting Officer at shannon.sweeney@gsa.gov, by 3:00 PM Mountain Time on January 23, 2026, with email subject lines referencing the solicitation number and project name.
