Attention: Christopher Hamilton, Contract Specialist Reference: FBI Request for Quote WAVE System Email dated April 22, 2026
Dear Christopher Hamilton:
With regards to your April 22, 2026 email with the subject line, “Request for Quote WAVE System,” please find the below input.
Motorola Solutions' “go to market” approach includes both direct bids by Motorola, or authorized indirect bids via authorized equipment resellers. Because of the unique nature of the Federal market, there is a separate and distinct Federal reseller program. Only those authorized under this Federal reseller program are authorized to bid Federal requirements after obtaining approval for specific bids from Motorola. Motorola generally does not train its resellers to perform services required, nor does it license proprietary information and technologies to its partners.
For this WAVE system requirement, Motorola Solutions is not authorizing indirect bids via our federal reseller channel.
This submission is prepared to address a potential requirement for a U.S. Federal purchase. If applicable, this-submission may be treated as a quote in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13, 14, and 15, and an order can be issued against this quote. For Government Agency orders, the applicable terms and conditions to any resulting order or contract are provided at http://www.motorolasolutions.com/fedgov/omterms.
Please reference Quote FGM26PC223647 on any resultant order/contract. An award will signify your acceptance of this quote. For this pricing to remain valid, the scope of work cannot be divided into multiple procurements. If all quoted products and services are not ordered, pricing is subject to change.
Pricing is valid for 60 days from receipt of this quote.
The undersigned may be reached at Steve Stamatakos (stevenstamatakos@motorolasolutions.com) or Kelly Pittas (kelly.pittas@motorolasolutions.com) should there be any questions.
Sincerely, //es//
