AGENDA
SOL-514-17-000005– Community Development and Licit Opportunities (CDLO) BIDDER’S CONFERENCE January 24, 2017 Hotel Marriot Av. El Dorado No. 69b - 53 Bogotá, Colombia 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
The United States Government represented by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)/Colombia, will hold a bidder’s conference with organizations interested in participating in the Community Development and Licit Opportunities (CDLO) Request for Proposals (RFP).
The goal of this conference is to clarify aspects of the RFP not covered in the Questions & Answers document and offer a space for interested organizations to interact and exchange information.
Details of the conference are as follows:
1. Organizations interested in participating in the conference are required to pre-register by sending the excel form attached to Miguel Atuesta at matuesta@usaid.gov by close of business (COB) on Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
2. As USAID/Colombia is not able to warrant the availability or quality of a video conference service, this feature will not be offered for the CDLO Bidders’ Conference. Attendance will be in-person only.
3. Interested organizations that do not pre-register will be able to attend the conference only if there is room available. In any event, USAID/Colombia will make the information of the conference publicly available through www.fbo.gov.
4. In order to accommodate as many organizations as possible, only TWO people per organization will be able to attend.
5. Registration of pre-registered organizations will start at 7:30 am on the day of the event.
6. The conference will be held in Spanish. However, proposals and all documents related to the solicitation MUST be submitted in English.
7. Participants are encouraged to bring copies of the RFP to the conference. Copies will not be provided at the event.
8. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions not covered in the Questions and Answers document. To the extent possible, some of those questions will be answered during the conference. In any case, all questions raised during the conference will be compiled, answered and publicly shared through www.fbo.gov.
9. USAID/Colombia’s participation in the conference will end at 12:00 pm. However, the room is reserved until 2:00 pm for interested participants to network and exchange information.
