Hungry Horse Excitation System Replacement

The anticipated magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and

$15,000,000.00.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry

Classification System (NAICS) 237990- Other Heavy and Civil Engineering

Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million.

On-site work must be completed within the period of performance.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for October 01, 2025 at 10:00 MT.

Participants will meet at Hungry Horse Power Plant via the lower road off State

Highway 2 in the town of Hungry Horse, along Colorado Blvd. Physical address is 2501

Colorado Blvd. Questions will be accepted up to 7 days after the site visit.

Questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist ashleyjohnson@usbr.gov. Responses to the questions will be posted via an amendment after the deadline for questions has passed. In the subject line of the email state, "140R1025B0003 Hungry Horse Excitation System Replacement Questions."
