CONTRACT PRICE SCHEDULE INSTRUCTIONS

For all unit-priced line items, provide the unit price and the extended total price. In case of errors in summations, the total of the corrected amounts govern.

CONTRACT PRICE SCHEDULE – Base Period

All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached statement of work, wage determination, and specific order details. Insert prices for each piece of equipment listed below that will be used in this contract. Complete separate price lists for Option Years 1 and 2 if prices will be different in those time periods.

Offerors should provide a list of specific equipment that will be used performing the work of this contract, showing hourly rate with operator (includes machine, fuel, and operator wages). The equipment listed below is based on past and projected needs. Quoters need not provide a price quote for every item listed herein and may offer other equipment. Only the equipment listed in the quote and incorporated in the contract will be authorized for use.

1. 10 cubic yard dump truck $ per hour

2. 12-14 cubic yard dump truck with high-lift gate $ per hour

3. Rubber-tired front end loader (CAT 950 or equal) $ per hour

4. Motor Grader (CAT 140G or equal) $ per hour

5. Skid-steer loader (such as Case Uniloader, CAT 216 or equal) $ per hour

In accordance with FAR clause 52.216-21, Requirements, it is estimated that most equipment will be used for at least 10 hours; this estimate is not a guarantee and payment will be made for the actual number of hours worked. The total contract is not expected to exceed $38,000.00 in the base period or any single option year, nor exceed $120,000 for the entire contract period (base period plus both option years).

Due to remoteness of Stehekin and the logistics and costs involved with doing business there, interested quoters are advised to verify scheduled ferry and barge runs, lodging availability, meal service, etc., and thoroughly research pricing and related costs prior to submitting a quote.
