INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE/ACCEPTABLE QUALITY LEVEL

The inspection form (see Quality Assurance Inspection Report) will be used to determine satisfactory performance.

Acceptable Quality Level: The requirements outlined in the Scheduled Services are to be performed in accordance with the General Requirements, Frequency Schedule and to the quality level outlined in the Performance Standards.

Scheduled services will be randomly sampled monthly by either the Contracting Officer or their representative to assure their satisfactory completion. If one or more of the services are not completed in compliance with the contract requirements (non-performed or unsatisfactorily performed) the Contractor shall be subject to payment reductions. If the work is of unacceptable quality, the Government will have the choice of either requiring the Contractor to re-perform the work or let it go until the next scheduled occurrence.

There are a total of thirteen (13) restroom stalls and eight (8) pavilions, four single group use and four large group use. For each one of the toilets and pavilions, which are not performed in accordance with the Performance Standards, which encompasses both frequency and quality, a 10% reduction in the payment price for that duty will be made on a monthly basis. This dollar figure will be arrived at by taking the unit price (per visit) at the specific locality at which the negative performance occurred and dividing by the number ten (10). This figure shall then be deducted from the Unit Price.
